    The TIC at the end of my post is for Tongue In Cheek.  Jim King is doing 
some actual physical work on restoring the 1 to 1 scale Craggy Mtn. trolley 
system in part of Asheville. He told us back in November we might be able to 
ride the trolley car or at least a railcar by March.  Should have sent it off 
line but I thought Jim would get more of a kick if he saw it on line.
