Tom, Try resetting your password. Where you log in, there is a "I can't access my account" place you click on, then they will lead you through the steps to reset your password. You have to know what email account they will mail your info to, and answers to any other personal questions they may have set up (eg. "What was your first school"). Once you have your password settled, you should have full access, assuming you are using the account name you enrolled in the list with....
