Bill,
   So buy it put on either a RIP track, lay it over the side of the track as a 
wreck, or remove the trucks, and put in on Flat car as a load. Not everying on 
a layout has to run.

I have worked on and painted about 7 S Scale J&L tank cars. The handrail 
stanchions are rather problematic.
 
But this set a record. I can’t say I have seen 1 this mangled before.
