Hi Earl.....

That is good to hear.  There is no reason not to contact a vendor directly if 
there is a question of any kind.  Direct contact with a supplier is always the 
best first step.

Being critical is fine as long as it is based on facts.  The important thing is 
to be certain the criticism is accurate and deserved.  It wasn't too long ago 
many folks were critical of the Lionel/AF U33C before any of them had even seen 
it.  This behavior is not reasonable.

No particular need to let me know, but letting the entire List know might be 
helpful to other folks in a similar situation.  By the way, John Whitmore is 
the name of the fellow who owns Kaslo Shops.
