Good point John, but thinking about things like that just speeds up insanity. 
I've made worse investments.

    Per Uncle Edward's prodding, I contacted John Whitmore of Kaslo and 
received this replay:

      "Hi Earl - believe it or not the project is progressing. We are currently 
milling the fluting for the car sides which has been proving to be very 
complex. We still do not have a release date but it is moving along.

      Thanks for your patience.

      John"
    So Uncle Edwards may be right again, and I hope he is.  My earlier comments 
were premature.  At least the project is not dead.  

    I went through my checking statements as far as 2006 and could not find 
when I wrote a check to Kaslo.  Possibly I paid by credit card instead.  But 
does anyone know how long this project has been going on?
