Hi John:

Your idea of modeling is just as viable as the next guys. It's just that
perhaps you need to aim it where it will do some good: At Lionel. Roy had made
some very good suggestions. It's worth a try, no?

Trying to change this list's approaches to modeling isn't going to get the
results you desire. Go to Lionel with it.

Best of luck in whatever you decide.

I actually read all of Tom's Hawley's whinings as it gives me a good laugh...
and something to blow my nose on if I print it out.

Don't worry, Mr moderators... I'm done... wasting my time and breath.

I was sorry to see that. For anyone else thinking of getting out, I would
propose a much better solution. I have my e-mail program set to automatically
send all messages from a certain scaler-than-thou person direct to my deleted
file, I never see them in my in-box.

The person's obsession with showing us how superior he is because he has no
tollerance of faults or divergence from 100% accuracy just got to much for me.
Now only when one of you get provoked by one of his intentionally provocative,
otherwise useless message and responds, and quotes his message, I never see
them, and life is much better. My e-mail program also automaticlly dumps one
member who always has to throw in anti-government statements.

And 3-axle trucks are good, have been ever since Mr Gilbert made the ALCo
PA with 3-axle trucks (even if he forgot to put in the center wheelset). Didja
see the article in Trains Mag about forthcoming SD70ACe with B1-1B trucks
instead of CC?
