I've held off posting this in the past, but........I can tell you for a fact....Lionel Marketing IS monitoring the S lists as well, and they have been doing so for some time.
Also, as to their interest in the scale market.....those new Cylindrical Hoppers were intended to be available SCALE ONLY....not highrail ! Now they're having second thoughts as "highrailers" want them too. The current plan is Scale-out-of-the-box......highrail wheelsets can be swapped into the trucks by the operator. <<<The OGR Scale board is where they need to go.
