I also was a passenger on Reading RDC's. Took them from Fox Chase in North Phila to Reading terminal. Sometimes when we had heavy snow, I would take the RDCs to near Broad Street and walk to school. I went to La Salle College at Broad and Olney. Also used to ride the PTC PCC trolley cars to Broad & Olney. Ah memories.

I remember riding them from my home town of Bethlehem down to Philadelphia. Service was later cut back to Quakertown and the northern end is now a rails to trails. Now I'd have to drive to Lansdale (or Doylestown) to take a SEPTA train. Bob Werre Jace and all, Fellow modeler Bert Mahr, colored his windows and placed passengers in his RDC's. I intend to duplicate the Reading Company, RDC3. (See attachment) Bill Fraley
