Ed,
What I meant was that  the "More" Scale guys that contact Lionel we might see
more that what we need( scale wheels) that they don't include so we can convert
from High rail. could have been done for the BIG BOY and CHALLENGER.Yes the
U-33 had them, but you had to get bak with Lionel to get them if I am correct
They were not included. I was not singling you out, You giveme alot to look
forward to when I look at itures and the vidio of your Layout. Wish I had that
much space. Sorry if I said something wrong.
                     Alan

Ed,

Here you go relying on others. jon's e-mail was provided for you to use just
like we can. You may have questions that he cuold answer just like we do.
Everyones input is "key" here for Lionel to make what we want. Scale wheelsets
included with and or available at time of purchase sounds good for overall
everyone on this list to mention. Numbers let Lionel know we are here in a
number they look at. Don With S-Helper reallized this point with the 2-8-0 when
he offered High-rail or Scale wheels at the time we ordered it. With "our"
input Lionel will see the big picture. My oppinion Counts here.
               Thanks,
                            Alan

Hi Alan….

Did I say I wouldn’t  reply to Jon’s questions using his email?

Did I say I had questions that only he could answer?

Did I say no one else should reply to Jon’s questions?

Did I say your opinion did not count?

Did you read my review of Lionel’s new diesel on www.sscale.org  ?  Check out
THE S SCALE JOURNAL.

Did you read Don Thompson’s subsequent article regarding Lionel’s U33c moveable
pilot recently posted on www.sscale.org  ?  Also in THE S SCALE JOURNAL.

What I did say is that direct contact with customers is preferable to
communicating via intermediaries.

I think that is true and will stand by that statement.

Reading between the lines too much is not good.  Just read the words without
creative thinking.  That would be helpful.

Thanks….Ed L.

PS:  Lionel knows that I exist.  They have been out to see my layout during a
convention open house.
