Hi Bill;

Auburn made toys of rubber, including trucks and toy soldiers. I had some as a
child. I did not know about trains. It appears someone noticed the train was
close to S in size and fitted AF trucks.

So are the molds made out of urethane? (:->) As an added bonus it is already
pre-warped like the discussion a few weeks back.

I never saw anything like this before. Does anyone know the history? Was this
“old school” S Scale?

Thank You,
