I have recently acquired a pair of these; and notice the one end that has the pocket in the center where it looks like a long coupler could be mounted, and that drawbar attachment could be a pivot point.
If this is the case; can a car with this truck be run with a car that has: (A) a truck-mounted coupler that does not have this hinge, such as older A-M passenger cars, OR (B) a car that has a body-mounted coupler, such as a KD #802. DJE
