I think I might have purchased a couple of larger multi cyclinder
engines from FinestKinds and perhaps PBL. I would guess those would be
overkill for a table saw. The BTS motor sounds ideal. I wouldn't want
to have the saw operated by a man with one arm.
BTW, my first car was a 66' Dodge Charger that I purchased third
hand--loved it for lots of reasons. The used car dealer had two in
stock...mine had a small V8 while the other did have a 426 Hemi with two
4 barrel carbs. My parents were wise enough to know I'd probably kill
myself with the latter and I knew I couldn't afford the gas even at $.35
per gallon.
