I welcome any MOW car and, so long as I could afford it, would probably pick up 
one of whatever you end up making.

That being said, when I read the title of your post on my phone, I immediately 
thought that you were going to make a modern Kershaw brushcutter, ballast 
spreader, ballast tramper, Kershaw tie remover, tie handler, or something else 
along these lines and started looking forward to seeing the final result.
