I'm sorry, but some of this is coming from a previous conversation I had on the 
forum.

I want to build GE 45 ton 7324 because this was the only real locomotive to 
operate in the prototype Valdez Terminal and I'm currently building a module of 
the Valdez Terminal.

I now think that the best way for me to build a GE 45 ton is to combine two of 
Railmaster's 25 tonners to create a center-cab body.  I could then mount this 
body on a re-gauged HO 45 ton frame, creating an `S'-scale model of ARR 6324.

When I contacted Jeff about purchasing two GE 25 ton switchers to make this 
creation, I learned that he was thinking about canceling future production of 
this loco.
