I'm sure others have done this, and may have posted about it, but I asked MTH directly about S scale and received an email that included the following paragraph:
"As of today, beyond the press release announcing the acquisition, there are no definitive details to be found on the M.T.H. website. We do, however, intend on distributing S Gauge products in both hi-rail and scale forms, just as S Helper did over the years."
