MV is the only company I have heard of. For actual headlights I have moved
away from MV to clear plastic as it is more realistic. You can see inside a
headlight. 

 

I had a bunch made to the Omnicon PRR headlight sizes that were laser cut
but making them 1 at a time is not that tough. I put a small piece of black
carpet tape (VERY sticky double faced) on a brass rod in 1 Dremel. Cut the
piece of clear plastic and tape to the rod. With a drum sander in another
Dremel turn them both on pretty high and start sanding. You might not hit it
right the first time but it is cheap enough.
