I used an AM baggage/RPO for my CNR baggage-mail car conversion. For the windows, I used microscope slide covers, cut with a diamond scriber and secured in the car with dots of Micro Kristal Klear. I don't have a separate category for the baggage-mail car on my blog, but the following link will take you to all posts related to CNR passenger cars - most of which deal with the baggage-mail car build: http://themodelrailwayshow.com/cn1950s/?cat=18 Posts and photos show how I removed the clear plastic around the window areas and added blocks and screws through the bottom of the car to secure the roof.
