Thanks for the note and the advice on derailments.
I'm shooting for zero derailments, zero unwanted uncouplings, zero
table-thumpings, etc. It's a lofty goal and it does take prompt maintenance
when things do happen, but it can be done.
I have a friend who has achieved this on an On3 layout and it's an absolute joy
to run. He's inspired me.
