Apparently Sergent is good at design but bad at execution. I proposed years
ago that he license the design to Kadee or some other competent builder and
just get them done. Who knows, maybe the guys who could get it done were not
interested but the longer it takes to get the couplers on the market the less
interest customers will have in them.Many model railroads and model railroaders
have come and gone since the initial Sergent design was created....DaveBranum
