Bill, I have to agree but Dick was the painter in this case.  Actually 
the trucks were painted to match too.  The trucks were replaced and the 
entire car weathered when that photo was made.  After that the couplers 
were replaced also--progress is sometimes somewhat slow, when you're 
going in several different directions.

Your Weyerhaeuser boxcar is the first I have seen with green couplers!
