I believe that Daniel was trying to account for shrink factor in his post. My PRR Archbar truck was drawn at 1:1 full size. Making it S Scale is very easy. Not being the mental math giant I reduced to 1/64 and then back up 2% to allow for the shrink factor in brass casting.
