Bill,
Glad to see thinks are better. Now you know how  we Texan's feel. Now if we
could get some of that rain it would be better. It seams to bypass fort Worth
and hit Dallas just 30 miles east. Helped move my club Lone Star Flyer Club
into our new club house. We get to put the  layout up and start running trains
again inbetween train shows. we found a place we could lease outright without
having to sublease. Our website is down until we find a new webmaster to take
over for our old one that quit the club for personal reasons. Let you know when
it is back up. Just stay cool while this heat wave is everywhere.

This week was a "Monster!"
Monday, I had my left eye cataract removed,  - The Awning people came to repair
our Awnings that got caught in the Storms everyone has read about and the Dryer
repairman came to fix our dryer that went bad. (We Replaced the Dryer today)
Also, because of the storms our electricity has gone out twice, the first time
for four hours. Because I was supposed to take it easy this week  I worked on
"back shopped" Mogul and five box cars. Needless to say, I didn't get much
done. The Rex Mogul is now in operation, waiting for its rolling stock. So, I'm
back to servicing my back shopped equipment which is quite time consuming. It
is really neat to work on models again, as you look at your rolling stock in
operation you don't notice how much a car needs in service. Clean and check the
wheels for proper gauge, coupler heights, replace a missing ladder and grab
irons and so on. I also plan to weather each car and possibly do a write up for
our new S Scale SIG group
showing why I'm in S scale.
Oh yes, our temp around Hershey is in the 90's, supposed to hit 100
tomorrow.(Saturday)
But, I'm lucky compared to many who got caught up in this stormy week.
"S"incerely,
Bill (Fraley)
