or maybe it's an old tender modified for weed control in a yard?
If they used it for dust control it must only be used around depots or other
limited areas as they wouldn't want to waste the boiler water for long
stretches of running. Possibly could be to wet down timber trestles as a fire
prevention measure? or maybe dry down grades to minimize the dragging brake
fires? I'm sure some SP steam fan will know the correct answer. It's definitely
not a poling pole though :>)..DaveBranum
