Bill, I still have a few pages of those old catalogues and newsletters too. The gentlemen from Monon shops wasn't always truthful in what he was selling. Jeff Wilson, from Hoquat sold me the Monon's Indian Gas Station kit. He supplied two soft metal pumps and an Indian figure--all were giant's--certainly an 0 kit! Luckily Jeff agreed to let me return the kit. I do have his barbershop building on my layout and it was fine.

I thought the most interesting company was Eastern Model RR Supply of Hungry Horse, Montana. I never had the need to purchase from them--I wonder if anyone did?

Going through a bunch of folders trying to find a schematic of the model I'm working on and found many interesting things that will cause me to take days to read through.

(1) I found this MONON Catalog dated 7-1-1991 Catalog # 27 full of S scale structure and detail offerings..

/Please note that in some cases the directions for the kits are written in HO language. /

/However, all kits are scaled properly for "O","S", and "HO"./

(2) Ever hear of "Bill's Train Shop" Seffner, Florida? catalog (January 2nd, 1993.)
