Bill, I spent over half my life working on these cabin cars, even had a N5
assigned to my crew, and sir, they ALL look like what I remember. At Conway
Yards we got both Lines East and Lines West equipment in and I spent many a
day shuffling cabin cars around on the cabin trimmer jobs. Looks good to
this old rail.

All,
I have updated my Cabin Car page by adding 3 of them to the ready track
for the first time in many years. _http://www.lanestrains.com/Cabin_Cars.htm_
(http://www.lanestrains.com/Cabin_Cars.htm) I am down to 2 that need
finishing!
I also made a new clip _http://youtu.be/uRMyx1-vaTQ_
(http://youtu.be/uRMyx1-vaTQ) featuring my PRR, PRSL, Reading and B&O models.
To make it
interesting I threw in my WSLco Shay and logging train on the same track
following my massive freight with my A B B A Set of B&O F7. I was trying to
control
5 trains by myself. It took about 6 tries until something accepta ble
happened without any incident. The Shay flat out equaled the F7 set running at
speed 5! In the pacing scene it was tougher than I thought keeping both
trains at the same perfect speed.
I painted many of the models featured.
Please give them a look. Comment on my YouTube clip if you like what you
see.
Thank You,
