       Well it's not friday night yet but I actually put the first pieces of 
bench work in place for a new layout. Someone gave me two kitchen counter base 
cabinets and they make a nice base for my peninsula so I figured out where they 
should go and screwed them to the floor :>) . I decided to go with the B&G 
version 4 plan that's in the photos section as it seemed like the easiest to 
construct and has a fairly interesting operation potential. I did draw up 
versions 5 and 6 to try and come up with wider aisles but could not get what I 
wanted in the space that way, so went back to version 4. Will work on the 
backdrops around the perimeter bench work next, using sheetrock if I can still 
pick up a sheet or masonite if the rock proves to be too heavy  :>) . Lots of 
blocking to nail between the studs to prep it first, thank goodness for nail
