{S-Scale List} ShellScale Decals for N&W, SOU, etc

We are trying to reach Richard Shell, 516 Houston Mines Road, Troutville, VA  
He makes numberboard and other decals for HO, N, and some O.  He appears to do 
business only by paypal on his site, www.shellscale.com.  We would like to see 
if he has any interest in doing S scale.  DJE
