"Now what would Lottie Steamchester, your mascot, say about this? I have the shirt. I won it fair and square this year at the NASG Auction. I will dig out the shirt and ask her. I always support a good laugh. cheers, eh? Andy Malette"
Hi Andy, Lottie Steamchester would most likely be put on the moderation list. Because of one negative Lottie comment, Stan Furmanak (then our web-master) arbitrarily removed her from our LVSG web-newsletter. Now the LVSG club as well as the newsletter, has all but collapsed into an almost nothing club. (We're trying to revive our club and we do meet once a month!) Every newsletter/club must have a "stich" to help it along, people must have something to laugh at, Lottie was very popular and all had a good time. Claud Demers is now our LVSG web-master and we are trying to revive our once well known LVSG ROUNDTABLE web-site. At one time we printed out [hard copied] 60 twelve page, quarterly, newsletters. We thought that a web-page would go better, but it hasn't and didn't. The loss of Lottie [and Frank Titman] was a very big factor in the demise of it all. Nobody likes a dull boy! Now, I'm going to go run my trains, Billy Fraley
