For those who might be interested, I've attached photos of some of the Ace 
conversions.

One is the house car floor and one type of flat bolster (there were three for 
different truck to end spacings). The second shows the gondola conversion 
bolster in place on an AF gon. The third shows end views of an AM gon to the 
left, the AF car with the Ace conversion in the center and a Flyer conversion 
with home built bolsters to the right.
