i have 3 or 4 of these on my workbench.  go to your big box store in the 
replacement glass section.  nothing but a plexiglass cutter, same price..

This is what I use.  It doesn't just displace material, it actually makes the 
groove by removing plastic, so there's no raised ridge to sand down afterwards.
