I checked the Atlas forum and compared the name & contact information with what 
I have.  The person's name is the same, but the postal code and telephone # are 
different (of course, that doesn't mean that it's NOT the same individual.  
It's easy enough to pull up stakes and set up shop elsewhere). 

The website does "work," although it is very incomplete ("shakey," if you 
will). 

A few minutes ago I sent out a general e-mail inquiry to the individual in 
question.  I'll let the group know if I get an answer.  In the meantime, it's 
"buyer beware"  -- as it always should be.  I'll be keeping my eyes and ears 
open.
