They are #6 made with SHS rail. I got my Fast Tracks items back from the
turnout builder too. I have been critical of the turnouts I have, but still
have not built any myself yet. With the prospect of the P48 turnout castings
kit it might happen yet.. I really don't need many more of them.

 

Up next is hopefully going to be 2) #8 curved crossovers heading in and out
of the passenger station area - probably not going to start with them
though! 

 

Ironically I still have the only turnout I have ever built - when I was 15.
I got my first Dremel for Christmas. I made a HO #4 from a paper rubbing of
an Atlas turnout. I cut my own ties as well. It was done and installed in my
layout in about 24 hours from starting.
