I'll agree, MTH is still the great unknown right now.  Until they actually ship 
something, it's just a hope and a promise.  And in spite of MTH patching up 
their disagreements with Lionel, neither is beneath firing shots across each 
other's bow to get customers.

But, on providing input to MTH or Lionel, I would suggest working with what 
both companies have already done in the other scales, rather than pushing for 
something totally new right now.  Both companies have a ton of research already 
done and would most likely be willing to green light something already in their 
records, even if it is something done by someone else years ago.
