I feel your pain. I started making up pine trees after buying the
McKenzie Bros Tree making machine. In an effort to pay for the darn
thing I started making and selling trees. I sell some mail order in the
region and I have a retail display at a local HS. I've listed them for
sale here and have a few photos in the photo section, but never sold any
here and I think only one inquiry. I've now repaid for my machine and
the supplies (several hundred plus several hundred more), so I'll
probably wrap up my little business too. I known several guys who spend
upward of $30 per tree while some guys expect the really old price from
the 60's of 5 for a $1. Like you've mentioned, it's hard to make most
people happy.
But back to your trucks. I have a couple sets of the GSC type, but I
don't think I was aware of any passenger car trucks--can you relist them
either to the group or myself individually.

The response to the offering of these parts was dismal. I had about 12
inquiry's after I posted them on the list. Half of those inquiry's
were asking if I would give them a: quantity discount, group discount,
club discount or the good ole buddy discount. When I said I couldn't
do that I haven't heard another word from them. At this point I've
sold a whopping 120 sets of them and I have about 50 hours total time
in making these so that equates to big profits???
