For a time in the 1990s finding free money was easier than finding an S
Scale Cabin Car for sale. I just bought them as I could. They are not
appreciably easier to find now, but I have all I am going to buy of
currently made brass cabins. We will see what MTH brings us in S in the
coming years. I am likely to still stay with what I have.

The thing about Cabin Cars is they are rolling stock and scenery at times. I
have 1 Cabin track for now and hope to have another if I can make my
addition. Put a few on each cabin track and out on a few trains, the roster
has to be pretty chunky.

I do not do the ratio out quantity thing. Again it was more of what I could
buy either new as the run was made or used over the years building towards
the point I am now over 20 years later of being able to see them **done** on
my layout. Satisfaction is occasionally achieved and very sweet when it is!
