I've always enjoyed the Red Green show so if that is the color of your tractor, 
GREAT! We had an IH and my dad always called it a: Hay-Binder. It was red, my 
dads 36 Chevy 2 door sedan was black, his 40 Chevy truck was green.

The first photo is of the mangled step on a B unit.
The second photo is of my high tech method of hole location, push and twist.
The third photo is the final result. I used a #73 drill in a hand held pin vise 
to drill the hole

I, no, not I, but some one else, checked the: Wabash 
Valley/Superscale/Enhorning/SHS/ AM/F-Units/AM/E-units Steps. They reported 
back telling me that the dimensional numbers were all over the place so I did  
a wild hairy guess  and came up with what you see in the last photo. It is the 
second step to the right.
