Bill,
I finally got a chance to check out the threshing machine. I have the same model, but just decided to weather it to junk status since I'm well over 1000 miles from one. You've done an outstanding job on your model. Where did you get the pulleys/flywheels and the lettering?

In my home territory most were just galvanised/or gray in color with a few being green. I've only seen them at work twice, once as a child and then again about 20 years ago as a demonstration where it was powered by a steam tractor.

Hi all. With the recent discussion on tractors and implements, I thought I'd post some pictures of a very recently completed threshing machine. I do still have to add the belts, however. The model started out as a Scale Models (think Ertl) toy. I modified it to resemble a Russell thresher built in the early 1920's. The photos can be found in the NOSS - Bill Hanslik Jr. file. Hope you enjoy...
