The epicenter of the Maine quake was near Bar Mills. Was it really an earthquake or was Art Fahie having a bad day?

We just had one in Montreal area (epicenter 30 miles from where I live) on Oct 10. Magnitude of 4.5. It had more impact on twitter from what I hear. Me, I didn’t feel a thing, I was sleeping.
