I just bought a 3 story  HO hotel by Heljan. It close to the era that I want. I 
had to add 3' to the bottom of each story to make it the height I was looking 
for. The doors have to be replaced but the windows are useable. The stairs have 
to be replaced. This will make a really nice conversion to S scale.
