Just did 5 more hopper cars sitting here waiting for the football game to start.
I have discovered that KD screws # 401 work splendidly on hoppers or cars with
open framework, where the screw could be seen. Enough length for a tight grip
yet unnoticeable (if there is such a word) on the deckside.
I use both side screw holes just making a slight nick on one side and the screw
goes right in. Piece of cake.
