I believe I mentioned here earlier that I located the Director of Lionel Customer Service Mike Regan's email address and have sent him an email regarding this whole wheel fiasco, with an ephasis on Lionel Corporate's poor communication from their "Talk To Us" folks. Lionel sometimes creates confusion among the O guys with some of their answers, too. Mike Reagan is currenty out of the office until the 30th, so until I get a response from him, I won't talk about yes, no, maybe or don't know about the wheel situation. I'm flattered Ed thinks I have great thougths about Flyer's potential, but I just have my fingers in both the Flyer/Hirail world and the scale world and my only agenda it that I think S should and must grow, and I'm not concerned from which end of the spectrum it does. All I know from observation is how the O population increased after more scale proportioned stuff came on the market. Say what you will about them but some of those 3-rail guys are darn good modelers, regardless of how many rails they have or how big their couplers are. I think we could have a good parallel in this respect, once the kinks get ironed out at Lionel and MTH. So,even though I'm still a little upset about this wheel thing, Lionel's communication skills and that yesterday I promised myself I wasn't going to cheerlead for Lionel anymore, let me step outside of those feelings and wet your whistles a little with some links to photo's I've found.
