This being Halloween (when I originally tried to post this question…) I 
remember seeing a poster a few years back, which I think was a reproduction of 
an older poster, that advocated shorter hours for railroad workers, depicting a 
switchman who was "dead tired" with  his "ghost" (or spirit) throwing the 
switch while he slept, exhausted, in a nearby chair.

I searched Google and can't find this poster.  Would anyone know where I could 
find a digital copy?
