While it's always sad to see these long lasting clubs loose their layout
space it will give them a chance to rebuild a more modern layout,
perhaps. In a past conversation Bill Schaumburg, he mentioned that to
me. The layouts tender to follow the life of the original builders,
members get old, leave and die off and the old club just ages in place.
