Hi: I am using some Caboose Industries ground throws. Just depends on the point 
rails. If you use the #202S, which says HO-S the travel distance is .190". the 
#202S means it is a sprung throw so there is a little give in it if the travel 
is less than .190" you then get a nice electrical contact with the outer rails. 
The Caboose Industries # 208S has a travel distance of .280". The overall size 
of the 208 is larger good for fat fingers but the 202S looks better on the 
layout in the smaller size. Easy to re-solder the point rails to use the 202S.
