Hi Bill & Bill (Bill squared?) As usual it was a delight to have the Lehigh Valley S Gauger's club to the house. We got to talk to Jamie about the 2013 NASG Convention in Scranton. When Lee Rainey offered to be open to folks traveling to the convention, I thought I might do that as well. I'm close to the PA Turnpike and I-81 which are main routes that folks might be taking. For tour purposes, I'm an hour west of Bill Fraley's and it might be a bit too far for a bus tour.
Actually the meeting culminated a great model railroading weekend. My NMRA division held it's 2nd annual mini-convention at Fredrick, MD where I gave a clinic on making trees from furnace filters (http://royhoffman.com/pwrr/fftrees) There were 3 S scalers present including Sam Powell and Richard Lind. All in all a nice way to observe MR month.
