That was the answer I was looking for. As you stated you only need to move the 
center axle and leave the other two in place.

The SSLS truck is very “flexible”. No need to remove any wheels to install it. 
Pop the center axle up a bit to access the screw. You are making this MUCH more 
complex than needed here.
