I am reporting that the S List "Sign your first and last name" program has
been cut back due to budgetary constraints. You are still required to sign
your first and last name on every post but the reminders will not be as
frequent. No need to go off a financial cliff over an abbreviated signature.
If this cut back makes you distraught you can still participate in the
Volkswagen "Sign and Drive" promotion at your local Volkswagen dealer.

Jeff's "Sign your name" program was not without cause. First of all it is
just courtesy. No one should have to reply to Mr
[email protected] Further -a member joined a few months
ago that kept avoiding Jeff's many "sign your name" requests. Finally he
started signing his posts JJ Hill. Jeff eventually flushed him out. JJ Hill
was Tyler Froatz which was banned from the group earlier this year. While JJ
Hill was slightly more on topic with the group it did not take long for the
real Tyler to "leak out". When it was first mentioned to me I knew it
happen. So JJ Hill was shown the door -again, last week taking Tyler with
him for among other things, joining the group using an alias. Lucky us - we
are getting long "Tyler" emails sent directly now. It's just a real hoot.

In other news the list message count is down a bit over preceding months,
especially from October, but the post modeling content, quality, sharing of
projects and civility are way up in my opinion. I absolutely attribute that
to Jeff's moderating efforts. It makes my heart smile. There were a few
folks that left in a huff that will hopefully be back after a time out, but
largely the group has been great lately. Also the communication between the
3 of us is almost daily. It is a team effort for sure.

2 shorts blasts and down the track we go..

Thank You,
