I have just uploaded a series of photos describing how I make locking pins for
turntables, starting with.

It is completely manual, and as easy to use as it is to make, but I'll be glad
to answer any questions. It drops into a 1/16" hole in the turntable base
flange. Incidentally, I used my Fuji S9000 and a 58mm #2 Diopter lense to
create the extreme close-up photos.
