Bob Ristow, dba WCS, bought the Regal line around 1961. I built 3 of those tank cars many years ago, 1 single, 1 double, and 1 triple dome. On two of them, I used styrene, 1 brass for the tank wrapper. I put the rivit detail on them. I am still using the cars today.

If my memory serves me correctly either Regal bought out WCS or WCS bought out Regal, in either case the instructions should be identical. I am sending you a copy of the instructions, but I should warn you, the instructions were printed in March of 1961 and are not in the best of shape. I hope you can read them.
