Hi Bob

My inquiry, stated not too lucidly, was really about Mr Hall and not the
origins of the kit.  We're a special group in a special scale and I thought
maybe I was holding a tangible connection to one of S scale's pioneers.  Thanks
everyone for your responses.

Cheers
Jim Martin

passenger train once owned by a Ron Koch.  He might have been part
of the Bristol Club.  The train was published in the original Herald
and apparently won the Best of Show at some convention.  He also had
started several more cars and I think he had a great AF conversion
to pull the train.  I would also be interested in why someone who
built such a great series of models would apparently just quit.
